I recently stayed at Bashall Barn for a short trip and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel's quiet location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. There was a delightful Chinese restaurant nearby, just a short drive away, which added to the convenience. The room's decor was lovely, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was impressed by the ample parking available right next to the accommodation. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, which was greatly appreciated. The property itself was charming, and the room boasted stylish furnishings, including comfortable beds and high-quality towels. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were well-maintained and provided a pleasant stay.
I do recommend this hotel.

Our family had an amazing time exploring the beautiful countryside and enjoying a fun-filled day of canoeing. The tranquil surroundings and stunning views made for a truly memorable experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to bond as a family and create lifelong memories.
For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor activities specifically catered to children.

Had a fantastic New Year's getaway in this cozy countryside hideaway! The room's decor was lovely and the beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location, perfect for a relaxing break. Parking was plentiful and convenient, and the room was spotlessly clean. A Chinese restaurant nearby was a short drive away and offered delicious meals.
. We had trouble with the TV and wifi, as the signal was weak and difficult to connect to.

The quadruple room was cozy and felt like a home away from home. I loved having an electric kettle and a tea/coffee maker in the room, making it convenient for my morning brew. The apartment was spacious and had a nice dining area. The microwave came in handy for heating up some leftovers I brought. Plus, having a tea/coffee maker was a nice addition. The double room had a flat-screen TV, perfect for some relaxing downtime after a long day exploring Clitheroe. The suite was comfortable with a cozy sofa, great for lounging and relaxing. The studio had heating, keeping me warm during the chilly nights.
Although others might enjoy it, I personally found the patio in the suite to be less appealing.

Free WiFi was an absolute joy, had a blast trying to connect to it! Canoeing in the middle of nowhere is always the highlight of my vacation, just wish the hotel offered a food service or let me know where to find it nearby.
I absolutely loved struggling with the TV and non-existent wifi signal, it really added to the rustic charm of the remote countryside location. So thoughtful!
